Most firms sell you a team and hand you a project manager. Here the work is done by the principal, priced in phases against a written scope, and delivered to handover rather than to launch — training, documentation and the database itself, so your people can run it without calling.

Every figure in a deliverable names the source it came from. Estimates are labelled as estimates. When a number of mine failed a test against real data, I retracted it in writing before it ever reached a client. That standard is the product.

The work

Four systems, each running for someone right now. Client interfaces are shown with synthetic data — the craft is real, the records are invented. Names, references and a live walkthrough are available on request, with the client's permission.

Reads a prospective client's family-tree export and reports its structure, record counts and defects before a single hour is quoted.

A structured way to describe a parcel of land for remediation screening. One farm profiled to date.

Drafts stored in the browser rather than on a server, with Word import and export.
Scheduled literature agent
